I will describe Marty in one word: phenomenal!! Let’s face it, we are each specialists in our own areas and excel there. Most of us also write our own résumés. I know that I did, and felt vaguely dissatisfied with the result. That dissatisfaction led me to Marty. Marty is very engaged and worked interactively with me to pull out little nuggets of information to help me build an impressive résumé. His approach is to find out where you are currently in terms of responsibility and what skills you possess to help build a targeted résumé for that next great job.
